1. Requesting a cancellation
To request cancellation, contact support as soon as possible with your order reference and the items concerned. Cancellation depends on the stage of processing and any product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase. Once an order has been dispatched or personalised work has begun, stopping fulfilment may not be possible; we will explain the available options.
2. Returns and exchanges
Check the product listing for any return or exchange window, eligibility conditions and exclusions before placing your order. Where a return is accepted, keep the product, original packaging, labels and accessories available for inspection. If the listing does not state the return terms for an item, contact us before ordering. Product-specific restrictions remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
3. Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incomplete or materially different from what you ordered, contact support promptly. Include your order reference, a description of the issue and photographs where available. Keep the item and packaging while we investigate. A change-of-mind exclusion does not remove remedies available under applicable law for faulty or misdescribed goods.
4. How to request a return
Contact us before sending an item back. We will explain the applicable return process, the appropriate return address or collection arrangement, any reasonable evidence needed and whether a replacement, exchange or refund is appropriate. Do not assume that the registered business address is a returns facility. Any return-delivery cost will be explained before you proceed.
5. Review and resolution
A return may need to be inspected to confirm the reported issue and applicable eligibility conditions. We will communicate the outcome and explain any further steps. Any hygiene, personalised, made-to-order, perishable or other product-specific exclusion must have been disclosed before purchase and cannot override statutory rights.
6. Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will confirm the refundable amount, the reason and the expected processing timeline. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method where supported. For Cash on Delivery orders, an appropriate refund method will be agreed with you. Bank or payment-provider processing can affect when funds appear. We will never ask for a payment PIN, CVV or one-time password to issue a refund.
7. Charges and your rights
The treatment of delivery charges and any permitted deductions depends on the reason for the cancellation or return, the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law. We will explain the calculation rather than apply an undisclosed deduction. Contact support if an agreed refund has not arrived within the timeframe communicated to you. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
